Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a Deputy Project Leader (Telecommunications) to assist in supervising design and construction teams on complex telecom and security infrastructure projects.

You will help prepare strategic plans, budgets, and project estimates while coordinating with owners, contractors, and supervisors. The role requires up to 50% travel across the United States, strong interpersonal and writing skills, and a engineering degree with experience in information transport systems,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with a telecommunications integrator or electrical contractor.
• Experience with contract drawings, subcontracts, change orders, RFIs and submittals.
• Experience with Information Transport Systems and network infrastructure.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, MS Office and scheduling/estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading a team delivering telecom and security infrastructure projects.
• Prepare strategic plans, budgets, and project estimates.
• Coordinate with owners, contractors, and design professionals.
• Identify change orders and ensure effective resolution.
• Plan, monitor, and execute project completion and punch lists.
• Travel up to 50% across the United States.
