Job summary

A leading engineering company in Kansas City is seeking a Project Lead to support complex utility projects related to telecommunications and smart grid technologies. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a related engineering discipline and at least 3 years of utility telecommunications experience. Proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam is preferred. This full-time position involves working closely with project teams to ensure deliverables meet client satisfaction, alongside providing guidance to junior staff.

Qualifications

• 3 years utility telecommunications project or related experience.
• Consulting experience preferred.
• Current Professional Engineering (PE) license or RCDD license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support design of telecommunications networks utilizing client standards.
• Provide guidance and instruction to less experienced staff members.
• Work closely with the project team to ensure client satisfaction.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Revit

Proficiency in Bluebeam for markups and coordination

Ability to devise new approaches to problems

Education
