Job summary

Ansco & Associates, LLC invites a Foreman Telecom Pole Anchors Operator to lead anchor-setting crews, oversee equipment operations, and ensure project specifications and safety standards are met on telecom sites.

You will supervise field execution, coordinate truck and equipment use, provide on-site training, and maintain quality while meeting timelines. This role requires CDL, OSHA exposure, and telecom experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Valid CDL and ability to lead field crews.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• OSHA 10 or 30 training preferred.
• 2–4 years telecom equipment experience with crew leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams performing anchor installation on telecom jobs.
• Interpret project plans and supervise site execution, including adherence to project timelines.
• Ensure safety standards are followed by all crew members.
• Coordinate anchor equipment and truck operation.
• Provide onsite training and guidance to new operators.
• Communicate job progress and issues with management.
• Inspect completed work for quality and compliance.
• Manage tools, inventory, and crew assignments.
• Resolve minor technical or logistical field problems.
• Document job completion and submit reports.
