Infosys is seeking a Domain Consultant 3 to drive business analysis, architecture, and strategic technology decisions for telecom clients across digital, cloud, and AI-first initiatives.

You will lead multi‑million portfolios, manage onshore/offshore teams, and deliver scalable architectures aligned with client goals and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of telecom, cable, digital platforms, enterprise apps and customer-facing ecosystems.
• Strong experience in client success, executive stakeholder management and account governance.
• Proven ability to lead digital transformation initiatives that improve CX and operational efficiency.

In the assigned Job Role of Domain Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Perform business analysis projects using advanced techniques (e.g., predictive analytics, scenario modelling) to identify strategic opportunities within the domain, influencing long-term decisions and value chain optimization
• Perform detailed evaluations of IT solutions, leveraging domain expertise to assess effectiveness and alignment with client goals, guiding strategic technology decisions
• Create documentation for systems, ensuring precision and thoroughness, while leading efforts to articulate sophisticated technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
• Perform specialized research on third-party products, providing in-depth insights on features, performance, and integration capabilities to ensure alignment with client needs and industry standards
• Create solution architectures and develop comprehensive architectural diagrams, ensuring scalability, resilience, and integration with existing infrastructure.
• Run the technical aspects of implementation by applying domain knowledge and ensuring scalable optimal system performance. Design and execute maintenance strategies to ensure long-term system reliability

Your contribution to the team:

• Expertise in IT solutions and solution architecture for specific sectors

Required Skill and Experience

• Deep understanding of telecom, cable, digital platforms, enterprise applications, and customer-facing technology ecosystems.
• Deep understanding of OSS/BSS systems.
• Strong experience in client success, executive stakeholder management, account governance, and strategic relationship management.
• Proven ability to lead digital transformation initiatives that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and business continuity.
• Ability to manage multi-million-dollar portfolios, budgets, cost optimization initiatives, KPIs, governance models, and delivery excellence frameworks.
• Demonstrated leadership in building, mentoring, and managing large onshore/offshore teams across global delivery environments.

Preferred Skill and Experience

• Working knowledge of enterprise application delivery, system integration, application support, and production operations.
• Understanding of ITIL-aligned service management, incident management, problem management, SLA adherence, and operational reporting.
• Familiarity with databases, SQL concepts, deployment coordination, monitoring, and application stability practices.
• Ability to use automation, analytics, and process modernization to improve quality, speed, cost, and reliability.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
