Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Program Lead to oversee a large-scale telecommunications and network modernization initiative within a utility environment. You will serve as the overall leader and single point of accountability for program success, driving execution across multiple workstreams and providing executive visibility into health, risks, and deliverables.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management experience leading complex, enterprise-scale initiatives.
• Deep telecommunications and network infrastructure expertise.
• Direct experience managing programs involving AT&T.
• Strong understanding of carrier operations, circuit migrations, and escalation paths.
• Proven success delivering network modernization, telecommunications transformation, or infrastructure programs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program execution across multiple workstreams.
• Manage the integrated roadmap, master schedule, and delivery plan.
• Lead governance activities, executive steering committees, and status reporting.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate resources across internal teams, vendors, and carrier.
