What You’ll Do

• Schedule and oversee quality inspections during installation to ensure compliance with plans
• Support final inspections to confirm work meets customer and construction requirements
• Identify, document, and report issues, and follow up until resolved
• Verify required tests are done and results are documented
• Help with project activities and follow installation milestones as directed
• Organize and maintain quality control records and reports
• Perform administrative tasks like scheduling and coordinating with teams
• Work overtime, travel, and handle on‑call or after‑hours responsibilities as needed, and perform duties in all weather conditions
• Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need

• To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• Valid State driver's license (cannot be provisional), including an acceptable driving record

Additional Qualifications

• One year of relevant work experience
• Quality control experience preferred
• Associates Degree in an industry‑related field or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge and understanding of the telecommunication construction industry standard practices
• Knowledge of Customer Installation Standards and Documentation

Physical Abilities & Exposures

• Routinely: work at heights, occasional entry into attics and crawl spaces, and alone in remote locations, operate vehicle and heavy machinery; squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift up to 55 pounds without assistance.
• Occasionally: work at heights, use ladder, lift greater than 55 pounds
