Star Construction LLC is hiring an Equipment Operator for our Telecom Construction team. You will operate and maintain specialized equipment to install phone and internet infrastructure, ensuring safe and effective work on each site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid state driver's license with a good driving record.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• Experience with drill setup and related processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attend site Job Safety Analysis and follow safety protocols.
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment on telecom sites.
• Dig pits, trenches or potholes as directed by the job plan.
• Set up site and perform clean-up duties after work.
• Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment from trucks.
• Establish a safety perimeter around the work area.
• Perform work in all weather conditions as required.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
