Niels Fugal Sons Company, LLC is seeking an Equipment Operator for our Telecom Construction team. You will operate and maintain specialized equipment to install phone and internet infrastructure, ensuring safety and reliability on every site.

Key duties include site safety analyses, equipment operation, pit digging, and load/unload tasks. Strong attention to safety and the ability to work in all weather are essential. We offer weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• High School Diploma, GED, or relevant work experience.
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience with drill setup and design processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend new site Job Safety Analysis.
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment.
• Dig pits, trenches or potholes as directed by job plan.
• Site setup and clean-up responsibilities.
• Load and unload tools, materials and equipment from truck.
• Set up a safety perimeter.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
