Qualifications

• Equivalent of technical training in an Associate Degree program in Electronics Engineering Technology with advanced studies in telecommunications, LAN/WAN theory, and fiber optics.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Telecom Network Management System for alarms and report to appropriate parties.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with Tri-State, WAPA, and XCEL.
• Install and maintain telecommunications and EMS equipment at facilities within the area of responsibility.
• Record and enter maintenance data into the computerized maintenance system.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of camera and security systems.
