Responsibilities

• Design and deploy actionable BI dashboards to optimize internal processes and service delivery.
• Own the Wireless Network RAN KPI dashboards to monitor and improve network performance.
• Automate analysis with Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, and Python/R to produce proactive insights.
• Build self-service Tableau analytics that empower teams to answer their own questions.
• Apply advanced Tableau techniques such as LOD, parameters, forecasting, clustering, and geospatial mapping for executive dashboards.
