Job summary

The incumbent will participate in interdisciplinary teams, promote patient safety, and ensure adherence to hospital policies and quality initiatives while maintaining 24/7 coverage and safe, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Current PA RN licensure or current multi-state licensure via eNLC.
• Preferred certification in area of specialty.
• 1 year of travel nursing experience.

• Mentors and supports team to ensure patient and family-centered care.
• Assigns or delegates tasks based on patient needs and staff skill level.

• Supports patient safety initiatives and quality improvement efforts.
