Stability Healthcare is seeking a local contract nurse RN Float Med Surg for a local contract nursing job in Normal, Illinois. The Tele Med-Surg RN will provide direct nursing care, often specializing in Neuro, Ortho or Cardiac patients, while floating to required units across the Med-Surg spectrum.

The role offers a 13-week contract with 36 hours per week, night shifts (12 hours) and a local contract arrangement.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with active license in Illinois.
• Experience as float nurse in Med-Surg or Tele/Med-Surg.
• Ability to work 12-hour nights and float to multiple units.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to Tele/Med-Surg patients.
• Assess patient conditions and coordinate care per policy.
• Document care and communicate with the care team.
