Your role and responsibilities

As a Delivery Consultant for Expert Labs Data Platform - AI, you will play a key role in implementing and delivering AI solutions to customers. Your expertise will enable clients to successfully integrate AI technology into their operations.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Implement AI Solutions: Implement Analytics solutions for IBM customer, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
• Educate Customers: Provide training and guidance to customers on the effective use of AI and Analytics solutions, empowering them to maximize the benefits of the technology.
• Support Production Deployment: Assist customers in moving solutions from development to production environments, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption.
• Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, tailoring AI and Analytics solutions to meet their specific requirements.

Required technical and professional expertise

• AI Solution Implementation: Exposure to implementing Analytics Solutions, with an understanding of ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
• Requirements Gathering: Experience translating customer requirements into spreadsheet and OLAP solutions.
• AI Technology Education: Experience working with customers to provide training and guidance on the effective use of AI solutions.
• Production Deployment Support: Exposure to assisting customers in moving AI solutions from development to production environments.
• Client Collaboration: Experience working with customers to understand their needs and preferences, tailoring solutions to meet specific requirements.
• AI Integration Expertise: Exposure to integrating AI technology into customer operations, enabling successful adoption and utilization.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• AI Solution Customization: Exposure to tailoring AI and Analytics solutions to meet specific customer requirements, with an understanding of adapting technology to unique operational needs.
• Advanced AI Integration: Experience working with integrating AI technology into complex customer systems, enabling seamless interaction and optimal performance.
• AI Training Development: Exposure to creating customized training programs for customers, empowering them to effectively utilize AI and Analytics solutions and maximize benefits.
