Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and organize daily Teen Department operations.
• Provide specialized reference and readers advisory to teens, parents, and educators.
• Design and deliver innovative teen programs, clubs, and workshops.
• Collaborate with schools and community organizations for outreach.
• Assist in developing teen department budgets and monitor expenditures.
• Oversee selection and management of young adult books and digital resources.
• Coordinate schedules and supervise teen department staff and volunteers.
• Promote teen services through exhibits, displays, and social media.
• Utilize the library's ILS efficiently for operations.
• Represent the library at meetings and stay current with teen services trends.
