Job summary

Spark Academy, part of Heritage Schools, Inc., is seeking dynamic life coaches to support adolescents in a residential treatment setting. You will work one-on-one and in small groups, helping teens identify passions, set goals, and build confidence while joining in activities to strengthen life skills.

The role offers a flexible schedule, engaging teamwork, and meaningful daily impact on teens’ progress. Applicants should be 20+ and fluent in English.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor adolescents.
• Assertiveness to learn about neurodiversity and mental health.
• Good energy and ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Engaging, empathetic, with tenacity and determination.
• Strong problem-solving, decisiveness, and teamwork.
• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop close, personal, and emotionally supportive relationships with students to coach their progression.
• Implement treatment plans and maintain a healthy, safe caregiving environment; participate in activities.
• Use mediation and intervention techniques to redirect students during escalated moments.
• Transport students to off-campus appointments and activities using company vehicles.
