Green Home Solutions of Lake Norman in Mount Holly, NC is seeking a Mold Remediation Technician to meet with clients, explain the remediation scope, and manage progress at homes and businesses. The role requires adherence to safety protocols and performing tasks at residential or small commercial sites.

You will operate cleaning equipment, assist in placing air movers and dehumidifiers, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining job-site cleanliness and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety protocols and wear respirator when required.

About the job…

The Mold Remediation Technician will meet with clients to remediate their homes/business spaces, discuss the job scope, and inform them of remediation and job status.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ability to follow safety protocol and wear a respirator for long periods of time


• Comfortable working in crawlspaces and attic environments


• Loads/unloads supplies/equipment into and from vehicles, cleans and returns materials and equipment to proper storage areas.


• Drives and operates a company van equipped with cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies to the work site.


• Assists in placing air movers and dehumidifiers in proper room locations to remove moisture from carpet, upholstery, and air.


• Performs basic demo tasks—cutting drywall, removing baseboards, and various flooring material, sprays fungicide and other materials.


• Provides exceptional customer service, treats property and contents with respect and care and brings any issues or customer concerns to the job leader.


• Follows proper safety practices, wears personal protective equipment as appropriate (gloves, respirators, Tyvek Suit) while working.


• Maintains clean and organized vehicle, equipment, and job site

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
