Compensation

Our nail specialists typically earn $20–$28+ per hour including bonuses and credit card tips, plus additional cash and digital tips (Zelle, CashApp, etc.) paid directly to you.

Pay structure includes:

• Base hourly pay $12–$14 depending on experience and skill level
• Hourly pay for your entire shift
• Monthly performance bonuses
• Credit card tips paid daily
• Cash and electronic tips paid directly to you

Newly licensed technicians are welcome — we provide training and skill development.

Our Studio

Frenchies doesn’t look, smell, or feel like a typical nail salon. Our studios are bright, modern, and extremely clean, with fresh air and no harsh chemical odors.

We focus on healthy nail care, professionalism, teamwork, and helping our technicians grow their skills and careers. Frenchies also provides ongoing education so you can continue growing personally and professionally.

Studio Hours

Our studio is open:

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 9 AM – 7:30 PM
• Saturday: 9 AM – 7 PM
• Sunday: 9 AM – 6 PM
• Tuesday: Closed

Full-time and part-time positions available. Availability to work at least one weekend day is required (both preferred).
