Hoodz of Greater Palm Beach is seeking a motivated Commercial Hood Cleaning Spray Technician to join our West Palm Beach team. This hands-on role keeps commercial kitchens safe, clean, and up to code, with an emphasis on quality workmanship and safety.

You will clean exhaust systems, apply degreasers, inspect for grease, document findings, and complete service reports. The job requires physical effort, after-hours work, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Ability to work nights (Sun-Thurs) and flexible hours.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality results.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Clean commercial kitchen exhaust systems including hoods, filters, fans, and ductwork.
• Apply degreasers and cleaning agents using spray equipment to remove grease buildup.
• Inspect exhaust systems for grease accumulation and document service findings.
• Protect surrounding kitchen equipment and surfaces before and during cleaning services.
• Complete service reports and apply certification stickers upon job completion.
• Maintain and clean all company equipment, tools, and service vehicles.
• Communicate professionally with restaurant managers and kitchen staff on-site.
• Follow all safety protocols and NFPA 96 compliance standards.

About the Role:

Hoodz of Greater Palm Beach is looking for a motivated and hardworking Commercial Hood Cleaning Spray Technician to join our growing team in West Palm Beach, FL. This is a hands-on role where you'll play a critical part in keeping commercial kitchens safe, clean, and up to code. • Perform professional cleaning of commercial kitchen exhaust systems, including hoods, filters, fans, and ductwork
• Apply degreasers and cleaning agents using spray equipment to remove grease buildup
• Inspect exhaust systems for grease accumulation and document service findings
• Protect surrounding kitchen equipment and surfaces before and during cleaning services
• Complete service reports and apply certification stickers upon job completion
• Maintain and clean all company equipment, tools, and service vehicles
• Communicate professionally with restaurant managers and kitchen staff on-site
• Follow all safety protocols and NFPA 96 compliance standards

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Preferred Passport, Social Security and a Birth Certificate
