Job summary

One Way Property Restoration is seeking an experienced restoration technician to join our Seattle-area team, delivering 24/7 water damage restoration for multi-family properties. We recently partnered with a national construction company to grow the team and capabilities.

Responsibilities include disaster response, moisture mapping, loss documentation, dehumidifier setup, demolition, and serving as the daily on-site customer contact.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• IICRC certifications with 2 years of experience.
• Willingness to travel and be on-call.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform disaster response, emergency mitigation, water extraction, structural drying, and demolition per IICRC standards.
• Set up dehumidifiers, fans, air scrubbers, and other equipment at the worksite.
• Perform moisture mapping and loss documentation.
• Perform initial loss inspections.
• Remove drywall, carpets, insulation, and perform general demolition.
• Serve as daily on-site contact for customers.
• Participate in 24-hour on-call rotation.
• Drive company vehicles.
• Comply with ONE WAY policies and vehicle safety requirements.

Position Summary

One Way Property Restoration is looking to round out our restoration division with an experienced restoration technician. We provide 24-hour water damage restoration to the multi-family industry in the Seattle and surrounding areas. Our recent partnership with a national construction company has enabled us to grow and expand our team.

Responsibilities

• Perform disaster response, emergency mitigation, water extraction, structural drying, and demolition, following IICRC standards.
• Set dehumidifiers, fans, air scrubbers, and other equipment at the worksite, ensuring proper setup and removal.
• Perform moisture mapping and loss documentation.
• Perform initial loss inspection.
• Remove drywall, carpets, insulation, etc., and perform general demolition after a loss.
• Act as a daily on-site contact for the customer, ensuring their needs are met and questions are answered.
• Participate in our 24-hour on-call rotation, responding to emergency losses after hours and on weekends, as dictated by the on-call schedule.
• Drive company vehicles
