Pelc Tire in Saraland, AL is seeking a General Service Technician to provide basic maintenance and repair services such as oil changes and tire rotations. You will work under the guidance of an experienced automotive professional to learn shop procedures and build a reliable service record.

We look for quick learners who care about detail and customer trust, and who want long-term growth through on-the-job training and advancement opportunities within a supportive tire and auto repair shop.

Formación

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Review work orders and discuss them with service advisors as needed.
• Notate any physical damage on vehicle.
• Complete vehicle inspections.
• Perform tire replacement and/or maintenance services.
• Participate in training.

The General Service Technician is an entry-mid level position that is responsible for providing general services for vehicle maintenance and repair, such as oil changes and tire rotations and other repairs depending on skill level. You will also be under the guidance of an experienced automotive professional that will assist you. General Service Technicians are responsible not only for the service we provide, but also our reputation as a trustworthy and dependable tire & auto repair shop. Because of this, a successful general service technician will need to have some experience in automotive maintenance and/or repair, but also be a quick-learner who has the ability to receive instructions and follow our shop's procedures. Paying strong attention to detail and being dedicated to making this a long term career is important.

Responsibilities
