America’s Swimming Pool Company - Central Houston is hiring a Pool Maintenance Technician to join our outdoor service team. You will manage weekly pool routes, maintain equipment and chemicals, and use our mobile platform to log visits. We value reliability, a customer-first attitude, and strong teamwork.

Responsabilités

ASP of Central Houston has an immediate opening for a Pool Maintenance Technician to join our team of swimming pool professionals.

The ideal candidate is a reliable, dedicated, team player, and a problem solver. They provide excellent customer service, love to work outdoors, and are able to work both independently, with minimal guidance throughout the day, and as part of a team. At all times, they handle matters with integrity and embrace the spirit of "5-Star Resort-Quality Service" for every customer.

A Pool Maintenance Technician at ASP of Central Houston will:

• Enjoy working outdoors at all times of the year, particularly in Houston’s varying conditions.
• Manage a swimming pool route that includes the cleaning of residential and commercial swimming pools each week.
• Maintain regular stock of company provided tools and chemicals on the company issued truck and properly adjust the water chemistry for each pool.
• Be able to utilize a smart phone for our pool management mobile platform.
• Be able to identify, communicate issues and solutions to customers, office/support team members, and/or leadership.
• Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Be able to lift up to 100 lbs.Agree to a background check and drug screen.Have earned at least a high school diploma or equivalent – Certified Pool Operator is valued but not required

The Pool Maintenance Technician position averages 30-40 hours/week depending on seasonal and customer needs. We offer competitive compensation based on candidate experience and continued success.

In addition to regular compensation, the following additional benefits are offered:

• Opportunity for Bonus and/or Incentive Pay when individual (or team) goals are met

Ater Training (between 60-90 days), our team members become eligible to participate in the following:
