RADIANCE BIOSCIENCES & CONSULTANCY is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician to join our team in Naperville, IL. You will perform tests, operate laboratory equipment, and record results accurately while adhering to safety guidelines.

You will also calibrate and maintain devices and stock supplies to ensure a smooth workflow. The ideal candidate holds current certification or can obtain one, has prior lab experience, strong attention to detail, and familiarity with lab safety procedures.

Qualifications

Job Summary

We are seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician to join our team! As a Medical Laboratory Technician, you will be working in a lab with other technicians running tests and procedures using a variety of equipment, following all lab safety guidelines and procedures, and recording results accurately. You will also perform basic maintenance and calibration on the systems you use every day, stock supplies as needed, and maintain a safe, clean working environment at all times. The ideal candidate has the proper laboratory certification, previous lab experience, and excellent attention to detail.
