Job summary
Constellation Technologies is seeking a highly qualified SIGINT specialist for a federal contract role in the Maryland area. Candidates must hold TS/SCI clearance with a current polygraph and possess extensive experience across a range of signals intelligence domains including COMINT, ELINT, FISINT, or PROFORMA.

Qualifications
- US citizenship is required.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph (polygraph within last 5 years).
- 15 years of direct TechSIGINT experience in signals analysis or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mathematics, Communications, or Computer Science from an accredited college or university.
- Experience developing and executing signals analysis, including requirements, test plans, and training for high-quality software delivery.
- Experience with enterprise tools and collaborating with Software Developers and Systems Engineers to refine requirements and test applications.
- Experience on at least one legacy TechSIGINT application from the listed set.
