Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in technology transfer, R&D, process/ manufacturing engineering, or related areas.
• Knowledge of DRY transformer manufacturing or related processes is a plus.
• Experience transferring complex technologies from development to production environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology transfer projects from concept validation through full-scale production implementation.
• Partner with R&D, engineering, manufacturing, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless knowledge transfer.
• Develop and execute technology transfer plans with timelines, resource coordination, and risk mitigation.
• Translate complex technical findings into clear specifications, documentation, and actionable processes.
• Support the development and optimization of manufacturing processes to improve quality, efficiency, and scalability.
