Job summary

August Bioservices in Nashville seeks an Associate Technology Transfer Engineer to drive transfer of sterile drug products and biologics. You will partner with formulation, process, analytical development, production, QA and regulatory teams to identify criticalities and craft data‑driven transfer solutions.

You will write protocols, reports, SOPs and batch records, support DOE studies, and help ensure documentation compliance across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• BS, MS, or PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences (or equivalent).
• Experience in transferring processes for sterile products or biologics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review transfer documents and provide technical analysis for processes.
• Identify capability gaps and recommend solutions for new product introductions.
• Support data collection during development and scale‑up activities.
• Develop SOPs, work instructions, batch records, and technical reports.
• Collaborate with formulation, process, analytical development, QA and regulatory teams.
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams through product transfer lifecycle.
