Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a mid-level associate to join its Technology Transactions and Sourcing practice in Austin, TX, with a preference for candidates in Chicago or Atlanta. You will structure, negotiate, and close complex technology and IP agreements across industries.

Required are 3–5 years of experience in technology transactions, a JD, and bar admission; familiarity with software licensing, cloud services, AI/ML, and data assets; and strong writing, analytical, and project-management
