Job summary

Competency & Credentialing Institute (CCI) seeks a Technology Systems Analyst to oversee and optimize the organization’s technology stack, including system integrations, vendor coordination, and security oversight. The role ensures platforms work together seamlessly, minimizes risk, and supports audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience working in multi-system environments with integrations across platforms (CMS, LMS, CRM, finance systems, M365, SharePoint)
• Strong understanding of system interdependencies and the downstream impact of changes
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical expectations for vendors
• Experience reviewing vendor security/compliance documentation is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field required or substituted by equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain core technology systems and platforms for reliability and performance
• Map, document, and monitor system integrations and data flows across CCI platforms
• Evaluate downstream impact of updates and new features
• Test and validate integration outputs with vendors
• Troubleshoot cross-system issues and perform root-cause analysis
• Provide user support and guidance to staff for optimized system use
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and drive enhancements
• Maintain system documentation and knowledge bases
• Act as liaison between internal stakeholders and vendors on integration design and changes
• Monitor security posture and risk across platforms; review third-party security reports
• Support governance of emerging technologies and AI tools; contribute to project governance
