Mt. Mansfield UUSD DISTRICT in Jericho, Vermont, is seeking a Technology Support Specialist Long Term Sub to provide IT hardware maintenance, help desk support, and customer service to staff and students.

This temporary position runs approximately from 11/30/26 to 2/24/27, two days per week, with on-site, remote and phone support across multiple schools. Responsibilities include installing/configuring hardware and software, keeping records, and communicating with end users during repairs.

Job Description

Responsible for the maintenance and repair of information technology hardware and associated services, provides professional technology customer service to staff and students in schools and on a help desk. This is a temporary long term sub position (approximately 11/30/26 - 2/24/27) for two days per week to help support our team.

• Provides on-site, remote and phone support to multiple schools.
• Installs, configures and upgrades hardware, operating system software and application software.
• Maintains records of technical support requests and needs for various sites.
• Communicates with end users during the repair process.
• Performs other tasks or assumes other responsibilities as may be assigned by the supervisor or designee.
