The Opportunity: We are seeking a Technology Support Analyst to join our Firm in the New York office (onsite). The shift for this role will be Friday 1:00pm – 12:00am, Saturday 8:00am – 8:00pm, and Sunday 8:00am – 8:00pm EST. The role provides technology support to the local office for areas including software, hardware, infrastructure, network services, mobile and remote services, audio‑visual, telephone and security systems. The Analyst will report to Senior Technology Support Analyst, Technology Support Supervisor, Technology Manager, and Regional Technology Support Manager.
High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum of three years of related work experience, inclusive of two years of specialized technical training or an equivalent combination of education and experience; and knowledge of current technology applications, hardware, and software.

The starting base salary for this position is expected to be within the range $80,000–$90,000.
