You will work on aligning technology investments with business strategy, develop growth and capability models, and craft client-ready roadmaps and transformation plans for diverse engagements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management consulting experience in technology strategy, strategic planning, growth strategy, commercial strategy, or business transformation.
• 2+ years developing or implementing growth or transformation strategies for corporate, business, or product organizations.
• 2+ years creating client-ready materials, including roadmaps, PowerPoint presentations, business cases, business process documentation, or transformation plans.
• 2+ years using analytical methods and tools to develop analyses and recommendations.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Ability to travel 50% on average depending on client work.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• Advanced degree in business (MBA) preferred.
• 2+ years with scenario planning or modeling.
• Experience with general and administrative functions (HR, IT, Finance, procurement, etc.).
• Experience with digital technologies supporting customer experiences (CRM, e-commerce, CMS).

Responsibilities

• Align technology investments with business strategy and enterprise value priorities.
• Develop business, operating, and capability models that support growth and transformation.
• Conduct analyses to evaluate strategic options, business cases, pricing scenarios, and financial outcomes.
• Create client-ready deliverables, including roadmaps, presentations, and transformation plans.
• Coordinate activities across workstreams, validate analyses and deliverables for quality and accuracy.
