Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of strategy consulting experience at a consulting firm (Manager level)
• Minimum 5 years in operating model strategy, M&A, tech value/take-out, or tech-driven growth strategy
• Minimum 5 years of experience writing business cases
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading or managing small teams with analytical work and workshops
• Bachelor’s degree required

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to the C-suite defining strategy at the intersection of technology and business
• Articulate a compelling technology vision with industry and functional expertise
• Shape the role of technology in business strategies to capture market share
• Identify and prioritize value creation opportunities based on assessment of current technology footprint
• Drive strategic opportunities incorporating innovative technology solutions into broader transformations
• Develop operating models and business cases leveraging disruptive technologies
• Lead creation of thought leadership assets presenting innovative insight and recommendations
• Pressure-test assumptions made by leadership teams, including AI-generated insights
• Validate AI-assisted analysis with logic and domain knowledge
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, synthesis, modeling, and scenario analysis
• Know when AI outputs are directionally useful vs unreliable
• Lead team, project, and program delivery while mentoring full teams
• Build relationships with senior clients and develop C-suite relationships
• Drive thought leadership, asset development, and opportunities
• Support Business Development with proposals and SOWs
• Facilitate to drive results, handle difficult client conversations, gain consensus
• Travel as needed
