Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Technology Strategy Manager/Senior Manager in the United States to advise on strategic technology initiatives for the Communications, Media & High-Tech sector. You will lead client engagements, shape technology- and business-based strategies, and collaborate with senior executives to drive growth and transformation.

The role requires managing teams, developing business cases, and advancing thought leadership while leveraging AI tools for research and analysis.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of strategy consulting experience at a consulting firm.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in at least one of: operating model strategy, M&A, tech value/cost take-out, or tech-driven revenue growth strategy.
• Minimum 5 years of experience writing business cases.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading or managing small teams including planning and workshops.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to the C-suite defining strategy at the intersection of technology and business.
• Articulate a compelling technology vision with industry and functional expertise.
• Shape the role of technology in business strategies to capture market share.
• Identify and prioritize value creation opportunities based on assessment of current tech footprint.
• Drive strategic opportunities with innovative technology solutions in business transformations.
• Develop operating models and business cases leveraging disruptive technologies.
• Lead creation of thought leadership assets with innovative insights and recommendations.
• Pressure-test assumptions and validate AI-assisted analysis with logic and domain knowledge.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, synthesis, modeling, and scenario analysis.
• Know when AI outputs are directionally useful vs. unreliable.
• Lead teams and client engagements to drive outcomes.
