Job summary

Fish & Richardson P.C. is seeking a technology specialist for its leading IP practice across U.S. offices. You will draft patent applications, interact with patent offices, and support litigation teams while engaging with cutting-edge technologies.

What You Will Do

Who You Are

• You have a strong background in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or closely related field.
• You have experience with software, web applications, and AI integrations.
• You have at least 1+ years of patent prosecution experience (preferred).
• You have superior writing skills and excellent academic credentials.
• You are registered before the U.S. Patent & Trademark office (preferred).

The expected salary range for this position is $100,000 - $185,000. The salary offered will depend upon individual qualifications and experience.
