Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Configuration Specialist to work with project teams and client stakeholders to implement Oracle HCM Cloud configurations, run workshops, generate deliverables, and manage testing and deployment planning.

You will bring hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and Benefits, and across payroll, benefits and absence management, enabling smooth integrations and post go‑live support.

The Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Configuration Specialist will work with project teams and client stakeholders to implement solutions using Oracle HCM Cloud configurations. This will include, but is not limited to, workshop facilitation, deliverable generation, application configuration, comprehensive testing to achieve successful testing, business process best practice advice, deployment planning, deployment execution, and post go‑live support. Hands‑on functional experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR and Benefits) roll and across the major Oracle HCM Cloud processes integrating with payroll, benefits and absence management.
