Accenture Federal Services seeks an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Configuration Specialist to work with project teams and client stakeholders. You will implement configurations across Core HR and Benefits, conduct workshops, generate deliverables, and support testing, deployment planning, and post go-live support.

Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud for core HR, benefits, payroll integrations, and absence management is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on functional experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR and Benefits) rollout across major Oracle HCM Cloud processes integrating with payroll, benefits and absence management.

The Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Configuration Specialist will work with project teams and client stakeholders to implement solutions using Oracle HCM Cloud configurations. This will include, but is not limited to, workshop facilitation, deliverable generation, application configuration, comprehensive testing to achieve successful testing, business process best practice advice, deployment planning, deployment execution, and post go‑live support. Hands‑on functional experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR and Benefits) roll and across the major Oracle HCM Cloud processes integrating with payroll, benefits and absence management.
