• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of technology risk experience.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience with leadership skills.
• Strong governance, risk management, and regulatory alignment.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Technology Risk function across CTO programs and enterprise tech.
• Establish risk strategies, governance frameworks, and risk appetite alignment.
• Drive risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and mitigation activities.
• Provide independent challenge to initiatives and risk decisions.
• Report KRIs and risk metrics to executives and risk committees.
