Oversees identification, assessment, mitigation, and monitoring of technology-related risks—including cybersecurity, data privacy, IT operations, and emerging technologies—ensuring alignment with business priorities, risk appetite, and regulatory expectations.* Implements and operationalizes the technology risk strategy and governance structures, ensuring consistent adoption of policies, standards, and practices across technology functions while establishing clear accountability and effective oversight.* Directs complex risk identification and assessment efforts, with a forward-looking focus on emerging technologies, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional risk exposures. Drives the design and adoption of mitigation strategies and control improvements.* Acts as a senior advisor and thought leader to technology and business leadership, shaping technology risk posture, influencing strategic decision-making, and driving the timely escalation, prioritization, and resolution of material risks across the organization.* Leads risk reporting, metrics, and analytics, delivering clear, actionable insights to senior leadership while fostering a strong risk-aware culture and strengthening organizational capability in managing technology risk.**Key Responsibilities*** **Technology Risk Governance and Oversight**: Ensuring adherence to PNC's Technology Risk strategy, Enterprise Risk Framework, policies, and regulatory requirements. Candidate must have excellent written communication and verbal presentation skills.* **Risk Reporting and Executive Communications**: Developing and delivering risk reporting, key risk metrics, Technology Committee materials, and executive-level governance reporting.
