The successful IT Project Coordinator II will work with developers and property staff to design and implement the cabling and technology setup for Mercy Housing offices and properties. This role is responsible for managing technology assets, providing technical support and training, and ensuring all technology needs are met efficiently. The position involves coordinating with external vendors and traveling to property sites during key development stages. It also requires documenting and managing technology-related issues, budgets, and plans. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule.
