Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IS, Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience in technology services.
• PMP/Six Sigma/Agile/SCRUM certifications preferred.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, Salesforce, SharePoint and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute PMO standards for project planning and execution with consistency.
• Develop project roadmaps, milestones and manage budgets and scope.
• Lead client reviews addressing cost, schedule and performance.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and change control processes.
• Collaborate across departments to meet KPIs and SLAs.
