Job summary

Veritas Search Group seeks a Technology Product Owner with mortgage lending experience to support business systems, platforms, and process improvements. You will partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements, translate them into actionable user stories, and prioritize the backlog to maximize value and operational impact.

You will participate in testing, release planning, and change management while helping enhance user experience, system performance, and key business processes

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Owner, Business Systems Analyst, Product Manager, or similar role.
• Experience working with business applications, enterprise systems, or technology platforms.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with both business and technical teams.
• Experience in financial services, lending, mortgage, or another regulated industry is a plus.
• Agile or Scrum experience is a plus.
