Job summary

Guild Mortgage Company is seeking a Technology Product Owner to manage the IT roadmap for enterprise reporting, analytics, dashboards, and data delivery solutions. You will partner with business stakeholders and a cross-functional IT product team to define vision, roadmaps, features, and user stories, while prioritizing a backlog within budget and timelines.

You will lead sprint planning, reviews, and demos; ensure quality, and drive value for customers and stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field; combination of education and experience considered.
• Minimum five years' experience in product ownership/management or similar role in digital product development.
• Experience supporting enterprise reporting, BI, analytics platforms or data-focused teams.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and tools; Jira and Trello experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize reporting, dashboard, and data delivery initiatives with enterprise stakeholders.
• Ensure reporting solutions meet accuracy, timeliness, compliance, and usability requirements.
• Define product requirements, epics, user stories; maintain clear acceptance criteria.
• Manage product backlog and align with vision and roadmap.
• Plan and execute sprints/releases; provide guidance to teams.
• Review deliverables; ensure quality and acceptance criteria are met.
• Collaborate with EPMO and reporting teams; improve use of Jira as source of truth.
• Create metrics-driven dashboards to show progress and forecast efforts.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in computer science, business, logistics or related field

PMI, PMP, PMI ACP; or CSM certification or equivalent

Experience with enterprise reporting, BI, analytics platforms

Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

Jira knowledge
