Job summary

DPR Construction in Smyrna, GA seeks a Product Manager to lead the delivery and ongoing improvement of technology products that align with business objectives and operational effectiveness.

Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, translate them into actionable plans, and coordinate with UX, engineering and architecture teams to deliver scalable solutions. Drive testing, rollout, and adoption while monitoring performance and vendor delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years of experience in product management, technology delivery, business analysis, or related field.
• CSPO or PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Defines and manages product features, user stories, and backlog items to support delivery of technology solutions.
• Partners with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborates with UX, engineering, and architecture teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Coordinates testing, release management, and rollout activities to support successful product adoption.
• Monitors product performance, analyzes user feedback, and recommends enhancements to improve functionality and value.
• Works with external vendors to evaluate solutions, support implementation activities, and monitor service delivery against agreed expectations.
