A leading imaging solutions provider is seeking a customer support specialist to provide second-level support. You will utilize your expertise and customer service skills to improve processes, support special projects, and foster customer relationships. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, along with 2 to 4 years of related experience. Competitive compensation ranging from $20.54 to $28.20 hourly is offered.
About the Role: Second level support resource reflective of expertise and knowledge gained at level 1. Trained in customer service core requirements with demonstrated proficiency with customers, core technologies and work processes.
