Responsibilities

• At least 1 year of investment banking experience (class of ’25 or ’26, technology coverage preferred).
• Work with senior professionals covering Software and Digital Media clients.
• Learn about a range of end-markets: supply chain software, proptech, education technology, HCM software, semiconductors, sports tech, etc.
• Support teams working on M&A as well as equity / debt capital raises
• Research economic and industry-specific developments
• Analyze financial statements and other investment attributes of publicly traded as well as private companies
• Help prepare marketing materials and other presentations
