Vanguard’s Technology Leadership Program (TLP) in the Data Analyst track is a two-year rotational development experience designed to turn data into actionable insights. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data & Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong interest in using data to solve business problems and influence decisions.
• Familiarity with analytical tools or technologies (SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI).
• Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to take ownership of work.
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher preferred.

The Technology Leadership Program is a two‑year rotational development experience designed for graduating students ready to begin their careers in technology. Participants complete three eight‑month rotations across Data & Analytics‑focused teams, gaining exposure to different business areas, data domains, and analytical challenges while increasing ownership, responsibility, and leadership capability over time.

In this program, you will:

• Analyze structured and unstructured data to uncover insights that support business decisions
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate key trends and outcomes
• Partner with business and technology teams to understand needs and translate them into analytical solutions
• Apply data management and governance principles to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Use tools and technologies such as SQL, Python, Tableau, and cloud‑based platforms to support analytics work
• Deliver insights that influence business strategy and improve client and operational outcomes
• Take ownership of projects and contribute to delivering high‑impact results
• Collaborate across teams, share insights, and drive solutions in a supportive environment
• Build a network with program managers, alumni, senior leaders, and peers
• Meet regularly with your department manager and program manager to receive personalized coaching and mentorship

What it takes:

• Bachelor's degree in Data & Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related quantitative, analytical, or technical field required.
• Strong interest in using data to solve business problems and influence decisions
• Familiarity with analytical tools or technologies (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI)
• Demonstrated leadership potential, initiative, and ability to take ownership of work
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
