Job summary

Ramaker & Associates, Inc. is a multidisciplinary, employee-owned architecture, engineering, and interior design firm serving clients nationwide.

As Technology Leader, you will guide strategy across a diverse tech landscape, modernize systems, advance AI capabilities, and mentor teams to deliver measurable improvements in productivity and operations. Remote work is common, with on-site visits 1–2 days weekly in Madison.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/CS/IS or related field.
• 8+ years leading enterprise technology, infra, and software delivery.
• Proven experience driving digital transformation and modernization.
• Experience integrating AI across roadmaps aligned to business goals.
• Track record partnering with executives and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Azure Cloud Services preferred.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in future.
• Able to work 1–2 days on-site per week.

• Develop and execute the overall technology strategy and roadmap.
• Ensure secure, efficient operations and adopt new technologies.
• Implement solutions to improve employee productivity and tech experience.
• Oversee software, infrastructure, and cybersecurity across teams.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives to boost scalability and reliability.
• Prioritize tech investments with leadership and roadmaps.
• Mentor cross-functional teams delivering scalable digital solutions.
• Contribute hands-on work within a small team supporting 90 employees.
