Technology Lead - Java/J2ee webservices

Duration: Full Time | Location: New York / Jersey City, NJ

Qualifications

• Basic: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Will consider three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Java/J2ee Technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in Java and J2EE technologies.
• At least 4 years of hands‑on development experience to produce high‑quality Java/J2EE/Rest API.
• At least 4 years of working experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, Struts, etc.
• At least 1 year of working experience in PL/SQL.
• Ability to develop and optimize Oracle routines.
• Ability to finalize requirements documents by participating in requirements reviews and sign‑off sessions to confirm understanding and validate business requirements.
• Ability to work with other developers to integrate core infrastructure and transaction web applications with core workflow and configuration components.
• Exposure to working in an Agile environment.
• At least 4 years of experience in the software development life cycle.
• At least 4 years of experience in project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
• At least 4 years of experience in design and architecture review.
• Ability to work in a team in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.
• Experience in the Financial Services domain.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
