Job summary

IPolarity LLC seeks an AI Automation Lead to own the solution architecture for an AI-enabled support automation platform. You will define integrations across Slack, ServiceNow, and other systems, and establish governance, security controls, and audit trails.

You will lead client workshops and executive reviews to drive decisions across multiple workstreams. The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of experience in enterprise architecture and GenAI/Agentic AI, with strong cloud and AI platform

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of professional experience in enterprise architecture and AI platforms.
• Certifications in advanced engineering or AI-related fields are required.
• Strong experience with GenAI, agentic AI concepts, and AI-enabled automation.
