Overview

Lead technology initiatives focusing on data engineering, AI, and cloud infrastructure across distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver coordination and management of complex software application development and support projects.
• Manage offshore and onsite resources; coordinate with client and onsite team members.
• Lead cross‑location teams, ensuring quality delivery and technical excellence.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in AWS services (e.g., Glue, ECS, data pipelines, serverless, databases, storage services, container services, schedulers, batch services).
• Experience with Snowflake and Data Build Tool (DBT).
• Expertise in DBT, Node.js, Python.
• Experience with Informatica, Power BI, DataStage, Cognos, and database technologies.
• Knowledge of AI; build AI agents and generative AI solutions.
• GitLab CI/CD pipeline implementation.
• Knowledge of DevOps processes, Infrastructure as Code.
• Good understanding of data warehouses and their implementation.

Experience & Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in data engineering, AI, and cloud architecture.
• Proven experience leading teams across locations.
