We are seeking experienced Java professionals to lead and architect solutions across multiple client engagements.

Position 1 – Technology Lead – Java (Tampa, FL)

Employment Type: Full‑time / Permanent

Responsibilities: Lead and mentor junior developers, perform performance tuning, review design and architecture, support the entire development life cycle, and travel as required for client engagements.

Basic qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent (one year of relevant work experience may substitute for each year of education).
• At least 6 years of Java/J2EE experience.

Preferred qualifications:

• Advanced Java expertise.
• Experience with Oracle database, SQL/PLSQL.
• Strong performance‑tuning skills.

Basic qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution (three years of progressive experience may substitute for each year of education).
• At least 11 years of experience in IT.

Preferred qualifications:

• At least 9 years of experience in Java, Spring, Hibernate, RESTful Services, Scala, Akka, and Play Framework.
